Secret # 32 A handful of Almonds everyday….
I am going to share my daily rituals that have worked for me over the past 10 years. I have always loved to eat 6 mini meals a day. When fatigue sets in, I drink a glass of water or coconut water and grab a few almonds. Within in a couple of minutes I am alive and ready to tackle the rest of the day.. Almonds are packed with so many nutrients and help fight heart disease, cancer and fill your body with many essential vitamins. I don’t recommend going to the store and buying salted or toasted almonds..they are higher in fat and not so great for your cholesterol levels. Try the raw almonds and if you have a sensitive tummy, try soaking them over night((helps with digestion). I keep a bag of almonds in my bag every day!
