I should invest in a pedometer. This last week I think I walked close to 10 miles and I live in a city filled with public transportation. My feet were hurting. My shoulders ached from schlepping my laptop everywhere. Maybe i should start riding my bike again. In the meantime, I have found tremendous relief with
toe stretchers. As I lie in bed reading or making a call, my toes get an adjustment. You feel the stretch all the way up to your calves. Initially, the pain is surprising and you may want to throw them at your wall. Breathing deeply helps with the pain and then it passes. After about 10-15 minutes remove the toe stretches and your toes will be in ecstasy.
