“The Message from Water”
I love water. I love drinking it, bathing in it, swimming and floating into serenity. I still love jumping in puddles and rivers, ponds and running in the rain. This is pure joy to me. Water’s truest essence is to nourish, to heal and to sustain.
I was recently introduced to an incredible book “The Message from Water” written by Japan’s Masura Emoto.
The book consists of ultra-precise close-up photographs of water crystals, taken when the water is in its natural state. Then photographed once again after the water had been kept in different containers on which were written words such as “LOVE” or “PEACE” or “THANKYOU”. Over a short period of time, the crystals began to change from their non-descript shapes and begin to form incredibly beautiful
snow-flake patterns. The other containers that had words such as, “HATE”, “WAR” or “JEALOUSY” written on them, began to appear fractured, damaged and smashed, almost as if the snowflake exploded. The photographer recorded the data and found that ANY negative energy (thoughts or intentions) aimed at the water would soon turn the crystals into mutilated shards. I find it very difficult NOT to process these findings and realize how critical it is as a human being to cultivate our
highest, most conscious thoughts. The human body is made up of 70% water, all the more reason to be as loving to ourselves as we are to others. Daphne Rose Kingma, the extraordinary author of “The Future of Love” illustrates this so well by sharing; “Love is the River, each human being a droplet of water, and together, in spite of our fears and resistance, we are returning to love, melting and flowing toward home.” Meditate on that for awhile.
