Goddess: A seven year old’s perspective
When my daughter was 7 years old she wrote this poem. I wanted to share it with all of you because we often forget that regardless of our age we embody wisdom, clarity and wonder. She is now 16 and still incredibly open and compassionate.
“If I were a Goddess
I would be the Goddess of Peace
If I were the ruler beyond this world
I would turn this world into HAPPINESS
So no matter where you looked
You would always feel
a warm
bright
light ….following you
This warm, bright light symbolizes
Angels
surrounding YOU with warmth and love”
