This is not a joke! Since I was 18 years old I have been a firm believer in the power of the “push-up”. I am not referring to the Bra, however, I am talking about getting down on the ground and doing 20! Not the wimpy kind, where your knees are on the ground. I am talking about the “push-up” that requires you to lift your entire body off the ground with the sheer force of your upper body, your abdominals and leg strength. The great thing about this exercise is that it can be done virtually anywhere. How do I know that this works and should be part of your daily ritual? Because my friends: I am 43 years old and people still ask me..”how do you get those arms???” It works, TRY IT! If you are a beginner, begin slowly and build.
