Life Stories: Narativ workshop with Jacqueline Cohen and Benaifer Badha
Women Exploring Personal Narrative Through Storytelling

This is an invitation to take a journey which supports your creative process as it unfolds through personal storytelling. Experience the power of telling your story with presence and authenticity, while being witnessed by a supportive group of Women.
Each person will be working on solo stories that emerge in the group during a series of structured exercises, writing, and movement exercises. Themes may emerge about the hero or heroine’s journey, dreams, childhood memories, family of origin stories and our greatest love.
When we explore the paths which weave between our daily experiences and universal themes, a deeper story emerges. It is this deeper story which feeds us at a soul level.
In order to connect with, embody, and express this deeper story, this Self-Revelatory Storytelling Workshop will use:
• listening exercises and story telling techniques
• guided visualization
• group interaction
This workshop will demonstrate the power of sharing your story authentically and how it can change your life.
Your personal story often has universal themes, providing a clearer sense of what your life has been about and who you are. Many report a sense of ease and connection with their deeper self, the group, their family, and the whole community after being in one of these workshops. No prior experience necessary. Shy people welcome. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal and an open-heart.

Workshop Investment: $295.00 - Take $20 off if you refer someone !

Secret # 41 How to stay Juicy

Given the current economic and global security crisis- it’s a given that the boudoirs are getting minimal play these days. We have received many unfortunate emails regarding lack of drive, creativity and the insatiable need for sleep. Perhaps we all need to re-prioritze.

Time to substitute your hum drum routines with some daring new escapades………

1. Turn off the TV and turn on some sultry music.

2. Enjoy a light dinner and a glass of wine

3. Ask your partner to join you for a bath or an environmentally conscious Shower and loofa treat.

4. Women….need I remind you to do your kegel exercises everyday!!

5. If you need a little internal tune up: here’s an easy recipe:

Evening Primrose oil: 1 capsule 2x a day

Omega-3s:   2 capsules 2x daily

For emergency moisture: Wheat germ oil: Insert a capsule into the Vagina at bedtime…….

6. Please check with your physician to get your DHEA, estrogen and progesterone levels monitored- hormonal balances can be challenging.

7. Eat a healthy, whole foods diet rich in nutrients, trace minerals and essential fatty acids. STAY hydrated.

So grab that massage oil, light some candles and have a blissful evening!
